Ivan Rodriguez joined the Association of Canadian Safety Professionals (ACSP) in November 2017 and has been elected as the Chair of the Board.
Ivan Rodriguez brings in 26 years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety. He began his career in OHS in the early 1990s with MacMillan Bloedel Building Materials and later Weyerhaeuser Canada. Ivan joined the Workplace Safety Association in 2003 as a Health and Safety Consultant and Trainer. He is currently a Safety Groups and COR™ Consultant with the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA).
Ivan Rodriguez holds a certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from Ryerson University.
Chief Financial Officer, Kee Group of Companies
Maria Spadaro joined the Association in November 2017 and has been elected as the Treasurer. Maria brings to the Association nearly three decades of financial management experience in the private, public and nonprofit sectors, with a focus on developing policies and procedures to improve performance and productivity.
Maria served as CFO for 10 years for Wincor Nixdorf; has held other senior executive roles in both mid and large organizations where she has helped with strategic direction, new business plans, streamline financial, procedural policies and monitoring and accountability systems; she is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer since January 2005 for Kee Group of Companies.

Siamak Sharif joined the Association of Canadian Safety Professionals in September 2015, serving as a board of director. Siamack brings in ten years of leadership and management experience to the Association from both non-for profit and private sectors.
Siamak Sharif has completed his occupational health and safety certificate program from Ryerson University and certificate of applied ergonomics from university of Fredericton. He has been conducting research and focusing on innovative solutions for Muscular Skeletal Disorder in last eight years.
Nasim Esfahani joined the Association of Canadian Safety Professionals in September 2015 as a board of directed and has been elected as the Executive Director in November 2017. She brings in eleven years of occupational health and safety experiences with eight years in leadership role.
Nasim Esfahani holds a Bachelor degree in Occupational Health and Safety from Ryerson University and is currently pursuing her Executive MBA, specialized in Occupational Health and Safety Leadership from University of Fredericton. She earned her Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) in 2014 and completed a certificate program in Non-for Profit Leadership from University of Ontario in 2016.
